Procedurally generated world - noise textures, threads and chunks.
Player physics that takes into account ladders, fluid ropes and water.
Enemies behavior - states machine, behavioral routine that changes with the player in range.
NPCs dialogue - NPCs can have dialogues.
Craft and Trade system - player can trade and craft with NPCs. Player characteristics can also be improved
Pixel art and pixel art animation - textures and sprites.
User Interface - compatible with controllers.
Local multiplayer - up to 4 players.
Deep Mine is a 2D exploration and mining game that takes place in a procedurally generated world. It is made with a friend using Godot engine.
Each world is procedurally generated using noise textures and threading system. It creates an infinite world with different biomes based on depth (vertical depth in the world) and temperature (temperature is determined with noise texture).
Gems also appear depending on the biomes and depth.
The player can trade and craft objects as well as improve his character. He can fight monster and fullfil quests.
The game is playable with up to 4 players locally and can be fully played with a controller.
This game is still in development and has a Steam page.
